Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Installation Technician to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. as a Senior AV Installation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service commercial audio visual systems in various customer environments.
  • Manage and supervise a team of AV Technicians to ensure installation completion.
  • Perform audio visual system installation, including low voltage wiring, trim-out, equipment, rack setup, video displays, cameras, projection systems, media rooms, audio systems, and control systems.
  • Assist with structural installation of displays, screens, and projectors.
  • Troubleshoot issues and final test systems being installed.
  • Provide on-the-job training and development for new or less experienced AV Technicians.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of audio visual experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Crestron and Biamp troubleshooting and code upload.
  • CTS certification is considered an asset.
  • Safety certifications such as First aid, H2S, Elevated work platform, and CSTS are considered assets.
  • Auditorium, video conferencing, or control equipment manufacturer certifications are considered assets.
