Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production process, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and arrange for external training as needed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies, ensuring that they are available when needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve production-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
