Position Overview

The Lead Cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the checkout process and overseeing staff performance.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage staff including apprentices and trainees.
  • Recruit, train, and facilitate ongoing development of team members.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for efficient operations.
  • Compile and analyze reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Maintain and organize inventory to ensure availability of products.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities of team members.
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
