The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines your creative design skills with your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site visits and measurements to gather essential information.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping goals and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare detailed permit drawings, sketches, and clearly explain installation procedures to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with installers, clients, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in landscape design and architecture.
  • Proficiency in 3D drawing and design software.
  • Strong project planning and management abilities.
  • Experience in sales management, estimating, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and design tools (LMN software preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of city construction bylaws and regulations.

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and estimating.
  • A degree or diploma in Landscape Design or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid G license and access to a vehicle are required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary, sales commissions & bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and expense packages. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
