Position Overview

The Drake Devonshire is on the lookout for a dedicated and dependable DISHWASHER to become a vital part of our dynamic kitchen team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented culinary group in a bustling environment that caters to both regular and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly wash all dishes and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Back of House team.
  • Organize and store all cleaned items in a safe and orderly manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a humid and confined space with elevated temperatures, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in other Back of House roles is advantageous.
