As an Electronics Sales Associate, you'll be our go-to expert in connecting customers with the perfect electronics solutions. You'll work with customers who need devices like TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, printers, cameras, drones, and video games. You'll be tech-savvy, outgoing, and have a friendly personality to provide a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic solutions and merchandise
  • Provide customers with product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales
  • Offer a positive and informative shopping experience, considering the whole Home Entertainment picture
  • Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment
  • Complete timely stocking of products and ensure shelves and work areas are clean
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, service requests, and defective products
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase
  • Offer to back up purchases with a service that protects them long-term
  • Lead by example and foster an environment that encourages teamwork
  • Act with professionalism and integrity
  • Be able to stand for longer periods and move/support 30-50lbs of merchandise
