About the Role

Fed Finance Canada is seeking a highly skilled Taxation Specialist to join our team. As a Taxation Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing various tax returns to ensure compliance and advising the assurance team to help our clients optimize their tax position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze tax provisions and prepare opinions and other relevant tax documents
  • Identify and define new opportunities for basic corporate and estate tax planning
  • Make representations to tax authorities
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Ensure proficiency in Taxprep software
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and a Master's degree in taxation or in progress
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in taxation with SME in an accounting firm
  • Be proficient in French and have English as an asset
