Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Dairy Frozen Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain a fresh and high-quality product offering.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
  • Maintains features and keeps the area neat, clean, and organized to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
