Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Carl's Jr. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Operate dishwashers and washing machines to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Prepare and package take-out food, as well as heat and finish simple food items.
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with food and supplies.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products and supplies.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Criminal record check.
