About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Assistant to join our team at PASS ELECTRICAL LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Construction Support: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Site Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Training and Development: Willingness to train and learn new skills to excel in the role.
  • Work Schedule: Permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
