  • Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale.
  • Bone Removal: Skillfully remove bones from meat products.
  • Weight and Pricing: Accurately weigh meats and set appropriate prices for products.
  • Seafood Handling: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale.
  • Supervision: Oversee the work of other butchers and meat cutters.
  • Training: Assist in training new meat cutters and staff.
  • Cooked Meats: Slice and prepare cooked meats for customers.
  • Roast Preparation: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, poultry, and seafood.
Work Environment

This position requires a keen **attention to detail** and the ability to perform **physically demanding tasks**. Strong **hand-eye coordination** is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
