Key Responsibilities:- Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and safe handling.
- Logistics: Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, GPS, or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including driver logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Driver's License (Class 3 or D) required.
