Job Summary

K-MOTORS LTD is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience for clients.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess an Air Brakes Endorsement and a Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations, with a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

As a Truck Driver with K-MOTORS LTD, you can expect to work 40 to 60 hours per week, with a permanent work term and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.
