Job Title: Building Information Modeller

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modeller to join our team at Century 21 MyPro Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing and preparing design sketches, writing specifications, estimating costs and materials, and completing documentation packages and drawing sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD and other software
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and presentations
  • Write specifications and technical documents
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
Requirements:
  • AutoCAD Certification
  • Civil engineering technology (CVT)
  • 3D Modeling experience
  • Cartographic drafting skills
  • Drafting skills
  • Buildings and structures knowledge
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an interior setting, willing to relocate, and will have access to public transportation.
