About the Role

iLola Inc. is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and selecting and purchasing merchandise for resale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality merchandise.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and credit terms with suppliers to optimize our purchasing power.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
