About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Anka Pilates and Rehabilitation Centre. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private Pilates sessions, creating and implementing exercise programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Lead group and private Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels
    • Create and implement exercise programs tailored to individual client needs
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns
    • Assist clients with special needs, such as physical limitations or injuries
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement new Pilates programs and services
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members to achieve team goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science or physical education
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a Pilates instruction or related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 50 to 60 hours bi-weekly. The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
