Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Packaging Depot. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging product
  • Process inventory, including receiving and stocking shipments
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-6 months of retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
