Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote training and assistance to clients via online platforms.
  • Engage with clients to discuss their needs and clarify product functionalities, catering to various technical proficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and resources for diverse training levels.
  • Ensure training materials are current and reflect the latest product updates.
  • Create and revise client documentation for support portals.
  • Produce instructional videos for training purposes.
  • Achieve expertise in the product through self-directed learning.
  • Coordinate client projects and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Support testing of the online web application.
  • Occasionally travel for on-site training sessions.
  • Consult with clients to evaluate their requirements and tailor the setup accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a training capacity.
  • Familiarity with web products and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in technical writing and video production.
  • Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and instructional abilities.
  • Experience in relevant sectors such as Golf Clubs or Hospitality is advantageous.
