Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Communications: Design and develop leading-edge communications that engage and inform specific audiences.
  • Advocate for Stakeholders: Act as an advocate for advisors, leadership team, and other stakeholders, seeking faster and more efficient ways to build engagement and break through the clutter.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience writing and developing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated time management with a consistent track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Industry Experience: Experience working within insurance or financial services and/or an agile organization.
  • Language Skills: Mandarin language skills.
Education
  • Marketing Degree: A degree or diploma in marketing, journalism, communications or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Agile marketing experience.
