Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Opex Foods Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
