Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on go-kart equipment, including oil changes, tire pressure checks, and hydraulic system checks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of go-kart systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Participate in preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of go-kart systems.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices for go-kart maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Valid Ontario Driver's license (G2/G) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
