Qualifications

Work Environment

The role is primarily situated in a wheat farming environment, requiring physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to enhance crop growth.
  • Maintain cleanliness of crops and work areas.
  • Collect and clear brush and debris from fields and pens.
  • Prepare and mix fertilizers for application.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate various crops.
  • Document daily progress through basic reports.
  • Ensure work areas are tidy and organized.
  • Fertilize and spray crops as needed.
  • Harvest crops at peak readiness.
  • Inspect products for quality and market readiness.
  • Mix and prepare soil for planting.
