Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scoping and execution of deliverables alongside project geologists and operations to ensure value-driven objectives and key deliverables are met, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support project geologists with client-facing requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with the Discovery team and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of innovative data and technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical papers, use cases, and other documentation.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and technical capabilities and their impacts on the mining industry.
  • Provide proactive support and identify expansion opportunities and steady project growth.
  • Understand clients' business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.
  • Assist in contract development and renewals by demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of technical experience within the mining industry.
  • Experience in account management is an asset but not required.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for clients.
  • Excellent time management skills enable efficient task prioritization, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Work Environment

Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime as needed. Remote (hybrid) work arrangement.
