Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at ASAP Restoration Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing various cleaning tasks on a construction site.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect hallways, floors, stairs, and other areas of the construction site
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Working Conditions:
