Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our grocery department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
  • Unload grocery shipments, receive, organize, and display merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal and perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and meeting productivity standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
