Regulated Pharmacy Technician

Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care through semi-private counselling booths, advanced robotic dispensing technology, and a collaborative team of pharmacists, regulated pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy assistants.

As a Regulated Pharmacy Technician, you will have the opportunity to participate in various professional roles, including Travel Medicine, INR monitoring, CDE, and Long-term care. The superior healthcare and well-being of our customers is our ultimate goal. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy managers with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department
  • Provide customer service, respond to telephone inquiries, and perform general housekeeping duties
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in processing prescriptions and preparing medications
  • Manage pharmacy department inventory and participate in ordering and receiving drug orders
Requirements:
  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists (in the province of employment) is mandatory
  • Good interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, staff, and management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to relate to all levels of customers and their needs
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team player and have a team approach
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience preferable

This is a full-time position, and applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
