Pharmacy Director

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive business results.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications and control inventory levels to meet patient needs, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Develop and implement public health initiatives and community outreach programs to educate customers and promote healthy living.
• Manage department finances and operations to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail pharmacy environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
