Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Ptarmigan Inn. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are a team player who takes pride in your work and is committed to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Clean and disinfect public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
