With over 5 years of experience in managing and scaling engineering teams, you excel in mentoring and guiding engineers towards achieving their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects that integrate complex systems and diverse technology stacks.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in agile development settings.
- Possess knowledge of modern software practices and tools, with a preference for experience in AI technologies, knowledge systems, and data pipelines.
- Develop data pipelines and interfaces for reporting systems.
- Build APIs and understand external LLMs.
- Lead initiatives focused on measuring our core metric, Automated Resolutions.
- Oversee projects that enhance data ingestion and reporting from various sources to improve accuracy and supporting metrics.
- Guide the execution of our data strategy in alignment with our technical vision.
