Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist in the administration of tests and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results.
    • Record and maintain patient records, including progress reports and clinical notes.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Inspect and maintain auditory equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
    • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Support to Healthcare Professionals
    • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
    • Provide support in scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
