Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
