Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Entry-Level Engineer to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from design assignments to site inspections, and contribute to the development of innovative infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of engineering duties, including design assignments, site inspections, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet customer quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address engineering challenges.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our engineering processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
