Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used
  • Package take-out food and prepare simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean and prepare food
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies
  • Receive, unpack, and store inventory in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
