Kassen is looking for a highly skilled and analytical professional to fill the role of Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst. This position plays a crucial role in the assessment, evaluation, and acquisition of real estate properties that align with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, a comprehensive understanding of the real estate sector, and outstanding analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough financial evaluations of potential real estate investment opportunities, including both new developments and redevelopment initiatives.
- Create and sustain intricate financial models to project cash flows, evaluate profitability, and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct detailed market research and feasibility assessments to uncover viable investment prospects.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to assess acquisition targets and formulate investment strategies.
- Oversee a dynamic pipeline of prospective acquisitions, encompassing data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with industry stakeholders, including brokers and property owners.
- Assist in the formulation of acquisition strategies and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in constructing and utilizing complex financial models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a robust work ethic.
