As the Executive Director of Resident Experience, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, coaching, and supporting our employees. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing regular feedback meetings, utilizing our online reward and recognition program, and managing the budget to meet occupancy goals and revenue targets. You will also provide a healthy and safe environment for our residents, evaluating nursing care activities, ensuring creative and healthy food options, and providing meaningful recreational activities. Additionally, you will develop relationships with residents' families, the Support Office Team, other Delmanor communities, and industry stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will require ~5 years of related management experience, a diploma or degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, and experience with financial management and salary administration.
