Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Fuel Sales: Operate the fuel pumps, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Store Maintenance: Perform minor property maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and restocking the store, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales to support business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
The Gas Station Attendant will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. The work site environment is outdoors, and the work setting is an automotive service station.
