Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at BMO. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
• Identify and report suspicious activity to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the customer experience and business results.

• Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
• Registration to sell investment products completed, as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.

We offer a competitive salary range of $37,500.00 - $69,500.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
