We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our HR team and payroll department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance with employee compensation, benefits, and personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain the employee training register.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and lead training sessions and seminars.
  • Assist with processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and policies.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to attendance policies and procedures.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the HR department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of multiple HR functions and best practices.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices and experience with HRIS and payroll software (ADP).
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
