Zanchin Automotive Group, a leader in the industry driven by 50 years of people-centric business modeling, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Service Advisor to join our team.

About the Opportunity

This role is responsible for providing frontline customer communications and service for the department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance
  • Serving as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
  • Explaining the nature of vehicle maintenance and costs
  • Advising customers on how to look after their vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance
  • Scheduling appointments and contacting customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups
  • Accurately preparing repair orders and invoices

About You

We're looking for a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling, including:

  • 4+ years proven experience as a Service Advisor
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
  • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Ability to sell vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Proven commitment to quality of work
