Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations: Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

As a Bakery Team Member at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
