About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Aylo. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of our corporate brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all design projects, including corporate branding, imagery, and marketing materials.
  • Design original corporate materials, such as illustrations, infographics, and website content.
  • Review junior designers' work to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and establish brand guidelines for Aylo.
  • Maintain and update our corporate visual identity.
  • Image retouching and manipulation, logo conception, and icon illustration.
  • Maintain image and video storage systems and create new ones as needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with the overall corporate vision.
  • Ensure the team meets deadlines while maintaining high quality and the corporate creative vision.
  • Balance the team workload and manage cross-functional requests.
  • Continuously work on process improvement.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including website design experience.
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Flash and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • UI/UX design experience.
  • Experience with motion graphics.
  • Artistic, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • The ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
