Job Summary

The Kids Program Supervisor at Life Time is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. This role enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement and Activities
    • Develop and implement interactive activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games, to engage children and promote learning.
    • Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Program Management
    • Manage and coordinate Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
  • Team Support
    • Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

Education:

Years of Experience:

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

  • Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
  • First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
  • Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children.
  • The ability to engage a group of children in an activity.
  • Customer service and strong communication skills.
