Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning, setup, and operation of manufacturing equipment essential for the compounding of pharmaceutical creams, ointments, gels, and liquids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P.) documentation, including Batch Records, cleaning and sanitizing logs, and other relevant manufacturing records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promptly reporting any workplace incidents. Collaborate to enhance equipment safety procedures and ensure the cleanliness of compounding rooms and vessels.
  • Execute compounding batches in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Formulas, ensuring timely reporting of any discrepancies or deviations to the compounding lead or supervisor.
  • Dispense raw materials as necessary to support production processes.
  • Conduct precise inventory transactions utilizing SAP systems.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, demonstrating familiarity with 5S methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
