If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role at VCA Canada is ideal for you. Our facility is dedicated to providing 24-hour emergency and critical care services, and as part of our Emergency team, you will collaborate with specialized technicians and veterinarians.
Work Schedule: Shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. This role reports directly to the Technical Resource Manager - Emergency.
The skills you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
- Venipuncture
- Catheter placement
- Radiology
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Physical examinations and patient assessment
- Surgical preparation and assistance
