Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer the strategic direction of UNI, collaborating closely with the Board of Directors and an experienced executive team to advance the organization's corporate strategy.
  • Ensure that UNI consistently delivers exceptional member experiences, embracing technological advancements to enhance competitiveness in the digital banking space.
  • Identify new avenues for growth and profitability across Canada.
  • Lead by empowerment, collaboration, and high emotional intelligence, inspiring trust among stakeholders through exceptional bilingual communication, active listening, and proactive engagement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both official languages, with French as the primary working language.
  • Proven expertise in leading change and navigating the evolving impacts of technology on both employees and members.
  • A solid understanding of governance and prior experience working with or reporting to a board of directors.
