Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify repair requirements
  • Develop and implement repair plans to restore vehicles to their original condition
  • Perform structural and cosmetic repairs, including welding, painting, and refinishing
  • Work with a variety of metals, plastics, and other materials to achieve high-quality repairs
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair progress and ensure satisfaction
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in auto body repair and refinishing
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Knowledge of Mitchell/Audatex estimating software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
