We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Labourer to join our team at Komatsu (Joy Global - Canada). As a Field Labourer, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Track and manage inventory of consumables and usage.
  • Arrange and organize materials for jobs.
  • Maintain checklists for shop tasks.
  • Assist in production and manufacturing environments.
  • Perform general labor tasks, including moving machinery, tools, and products.
  • Deburr parts and prepare for paint work.
  • Assist journeymen welders, mechanics, and machinists.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong work ethic and mechanical ability.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Welding/grinding skills an asset.
  • Previous related experience an asset.
  • Valid Driver's License and own transportation required.
  • OSSA, CSTS, Class C First Aid.
  • Strong safety focus.
