Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Highways

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Highway Design projects in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the Ministry of Transportation Ontario's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Highway Design projects in Ontario, leading a team of engineers, designers, and other disciplines as required.
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and communications with project team, client staff, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead technical proposals for highway design pursuits and similar transportation engineering work.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Maintain required quality system standards and procedures, and actively support behavior-based workplace health and safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering degree and licensed as a P.Eng. in Ontario.
  • Expert-level highway engineering knowledge and skills recognized by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, sufficient for approval in MTO RAQS.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in provincial highway design multidisciplinary projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary highway design projects being recognized as Project Manager by MTO.
  • Proven expertise with AutoCAD, OpenRoads, and other relevant industry-standard tools.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
