Promax Concrete Ltd. is seeking a dedicated **Concrete Finishing Specialist** to join our team. This role involves working with freshly poured concrete to ensure a high-quality finish and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Surface Preparation:** Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on newly poured cement.
  • **Compaction:** Utilize power vibrators to effectively compact concrete.
  • **Leveling:** Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specified grades and depths.
  • **Safety Practices:** Work safely at heights, utilizing scaffolding or swing stages as necessary.
  • **Finishing Techniques:** Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • **Mentorship:** Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices in the field.
  • **Curing Applications:** Apply hardening and sealing agents to enhance surface durability.
  • **Maintenance:** Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • **Cost Estimation:** Accurately estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to execute tasks effectively.
Qualifications
