About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at A Shade Better. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and other promotional materials.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute special events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to promote our brand and products.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
